What’s wrong with seed oils?

[Sama Hoole @SamaHoole]

Given the choice between sweetened water and cocaine, 94% of rats picked the sweet water.

Bordeaux, 2007. Two levers in a cage. One sends a dose of cocaine straight into a vein. The other delivers a sip of sweetened water.

It took the rats 11 days to develop a reliable taste for cocaine over nothing at all.

It took them two days to prefer the sweet water over the cocaine.

The researchers raised the cocaine dose. The rats stayed loyal to the water.

They brought in rats already hooked and escalating their own doses. Those switched to the water as well.

They swapped the sweetener for ordinary table sugar. Same result.

The sweet receptor on your tongue was built for a world where sweetness meant a handful of berries in August, and nobody has updated the hardware.

Hit it every hour from a carton and the reward lands harder than anything that receptor was designed to expect.

Only one of those two levers can get you arrested. The other one comes with a cartoon tiger.

We often ask people with depression how they’re feeling but we never ask how they’re eating.

People in the animal based community understand this and now there’s a study that supports what many of us have long known:

The less ultra processed food you eat, the happier you are likely to be.

The study was small but consistent when scientists assessed symptoms such as mood, sleep, appetite, energy and concentration and saw rapid improvements in the group that ate fewer ultra-processed foods.

[Harry Fisher @harryfisherEMTP]

Dr Malik asked me why I keep going. Why I keep fighting against corruption. I do sleep better at night standing against evil, but my kids are what keep me constant. I won’t be here forever.
That said, My son asked me a question the other day, I wrote this.

God bless

My most controversial nutritional opinions, in no particular order, so the replies can pick a fight efficiently.

- Chicken tastes of nothing because it is nothing.
- Salt is a farming invention and I haven't added it in years.
- You do not need to eat liver. The animal was using it as a filter.
- Vegetables are very healthy, once a cow has eaten them.
- Fruit is bait with a stone in it.
- Fibre is a word for the part you cannot digest, sold as the point.
- Seed oils caused the diabetes. Sugar just turned up to help.
- Carbs are not poison. They are a hobby.
- Grass-fed is a label for the default. Every British cow is standing on the label.
- 30% fat mince was the normal mince. The lean stuff is the deviation.
- Butter lives on the counter. The fridge is for people who ration it.
- Raw milk is the only food on earth designed to be food.
- Olive oil is a seasoning the Mediterranean cooked in lard beside.
- Mutton beats lamb. The lamb was two years short of flavour.
- A bacon cheeseburger without the bun is as healthy as it gets.
- Sunburn is a seed oil problem wearing a sun costume.
- The only animal we cannot do without is the one that eats grass.

Every one of those is checkable, which is the part the replies find hardest.

Read what cholesterol does in the body, then read the side effects on a statin label, and they match like a confession.

What cholesterol does:
- Builds the brain, which hoards a quarter of the body's supply
- Wraps every nerve in its insulation
- Builds the connections your memories are stored in
- Lines every muscle cell
- Makes testosterone, oestrogen and progesterone
- Makes cortisol, the hormone that gets you through stress
- Helps turn sunlight into vitamin D
- Makes the bile that digests your fat
- Patches up damaged cells

What the statin label warns of:
- Memory loss
- Confusion
- Nerve damage in the hands and feet
- Muscle pain and weakness
- Muscle breaking down into the bloodstream
- Raised blood sugar and type 2 diabetes
- Raised liver enzymes

The drug works by jamming the liver's cholesterol factory, and the same production line makes CoQ10, the spark plug in every cell's engine.

A review found statins lower testosterone too.

The side effects read like a delivery map of everywhere the cholesterol was needed.

Meat should be baby's FIRST food. Not infant cereal.

How dare I? Read on...

Researchers at the University of Colorado tested it. 88 breastfed babies. Half got pureed beef as their first food. Half got iron-fortified infant cereal.

At 7 months, the cereal babies got 0.6 mg of zinc a day from solid food. That's about 25% of what they need. The beef babies got 1.9 mg. More than 3 times as much.

The beef babies also had more head growth from 7 to 12 months.

And the babies took the beef just as well as the cereal.

"But cereal has iron!" Iron sprayed onto starch. Iron is absorbed at 14 to 18% from diets with meat, and only 5 to 12% from vegetarian diets. Meat itself helps you absorb iron. Cereal doesn't.

A growing brain needs protein, fat, zinc and iron. Infant cereal is starch (sugar) with iron added...

Meat is a health food. For babies too.

How sketchy is Big Food?

Some companies on the protein bandwagon are overhyping protein content by strategically framing the numbers.

We all know companies typically have ridiculously small portion sizes to make calorie count, added sugars etc. look less menacing.

Well, this time Quaker has INCREASED the serving size to make it appear as if a single portion is loaded with protein.

Let's compare:

Regular Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal
Packet size: 34g
Protein: about 4g

Protein Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal
Packet size: 60g
Protein: 12g

Wow, triple the protein but the packet is also 76% bigger!

Nice try PepsiCo! 😂

American strawberry fields are being DRENCHED in cancer-linked pesticides — while workers are in full-head-to-toe hazmat suits, respirators, and gloves!

Two workmen, spraying poison directly onto the berries that will soon hit grocery stores nationwide. These are the “fresh” strawberries your family eats.

If the chemicals are so toxic that the *applicators* need full-body protection… what exactly are we feeding our kids?

This isn’t “farming.” This is chemical warfare on our food supply.

It’s time to Make America Healthy Again. Boycott the poison. Grow your own. Demand clean food. Seek out local 'pick your own' strawberry venders and farmer's markets.

[Sama Hoole @SamaHoole]

Nine in ten American strawberries come from a few valleys in California where the soil is killed with a First World War gas before every planting, and the fields are visible from the road because they are wrapped in plastic to keep the gas in.

Chloropicrin was made for the trenches. It was a lung and eye agent, a vomiting gas, fired in shells to force men out of their masks. Now it is injected into the ground at Watsonville and Oxnard every year, under tarps that hold the fumes down for a week, and it does to the soil what it did to a trench: everything in it dies, the fungi, the bacteria, the worms, the insects, until the dirt is as sterile as a hospital tray. Then the strawberries go in, on raised beds of plastic, fed by drip line with everything a living soil would have given them, and the plastic and the gas go in again next year, because a dead soil has no defence against the one disease that gets through.

For forty years the gas was methyl bromide, which eats the ozone layer, and when the world banned it in 2005 California's strawberry growers got themselves an exemption and kept using it for another decade, the last major crop on earth to do so. Chloropicrin was the replacement, and the state's own pesticide regulator lists it among the commonest causes of farmworker poisoning in California. The men who apply it are mostly undocumented, the drift has emptied a school in Monterey County, and the strawberry has topped the list of the most pesticide-contaminated produce in America for most of the last decade.

Every year the industry calls it a heart-healthy antioxidant superfood, and every year the field it came from is gassed.

The cow in the pasture next door has never once needed the soil under her sterilised. The strawberry cannot be grown at that scale without it, and the war gas is the price of a punnet in January.

GLUTEN ALLERGIES and skyrocketing celiac disease didn't "just happen." They EXPLODED starting in 2006.

That exact year marks the red line. Farmers began spraying GLYPHOSATE (Roundup) directly onto wheat crops as a DESICCANT right before harvest.

Sprayed on standing wheat to dry it out faster for easier combining. The chemical stays in the grain — the same grain turned into your bread, pasta, cereal, and baked goods.

Before 2006: gluten issues were rare.
After 2006: sudden, massive surge in celiac disease, wheat sensitivities, and gut destruction across the population.

This isn't coincidence. Glyphosate disrupts the gut microbiome — killing beneficial bacteria that help digest gluten and maintain intestinal integrity. It turns a once-harmless staple into a trigger for inflammation, leaky gut, autoimmune chaos, and lifelong sensitivities for millions.

Your "gluten problem" may actually be GLYPHOSATE RESIDUE poisoning your food supply. Daily exposure through conventional wheat products.

This is chemical contamination of the American food chain — hidden in plain sight on supermarket shelves.

Protect yourself:
- Switch to certified organic wheat products (no pre-harvest desiccant spraying)
- Choose imported European wheat/pasta when possible (stricter rules)
- Read labels and demand transparency

Our health crisis from Glyphosate has a timeline. 2006 changed everything.

Good morning 🌸🌸🌸

By doing a diagnostic “energy check” you can find out exactly what is leaving you drained and exhausted!!
Imo low mood emanates from low frequency activities. Check yourself and do the things that lift your frequency.

Where your attention goes, energy flows! And if you don’t believe me, just really concentrate on the palms of your hands, close your eyes if necessary? Your palms will start to tingle.
Engaging in low frequency activities, like listening to the News, endless scrolling social media or say porn for example, will actually activate the low frequency mood! And keep you there. Lock yourself into a higher frequency and SMILE 😊🌸✨🫶🙏open to questions in the comments 🙌

@runquasimodo Yup. I just did violet. Minimum wreaking. Luckily I was hair stylist 30 years ago. Next time I will lay down protection!
