Perpetually in awe of @Apple who actively sabotage sound quality for ChatGPT (changing parameters without warning) so that the bot sound is utterly messed up. Zero interest for customer experience, if it is not your own software hey? Even when you don’t have a product at all!

Hey @GiffGaff - it seems that there is a minimum 24 hours, at best generic, response policy from your support team. Is there anything that I can do at all to get my phone working (like a third party that supports GiffGaff customers or similar)?

@DexxionDusk Wix. Seriously. I used their support today and it took less than 5 mins for the issue to be resolved on the phone. An hour now trying to get somewhere with Squarespace chat...
@konrkonrkonr I have another site with Wix and they are half the price. HALF THE PRICE. Needed to add SPF info on Wix, done in less than five minutes. Two hours trying to get in touch with Squarespace... (unbelievable)

'Live' chat so shockingly understaffed, that they have turned it off. Website down? No problem. It will stay down and they have no problem with that!
@SarcasmPanda@Apple Yes! When I rebooted my phone, it’s started behaving a bit more normally, until I start charging it. So weird! Absolutely unusable when it’s being charged now…
