Just to clarify, I do understand a man's orgasm and his ejaculation are separate, but in 99% of men they happen within one second of each other. For most men it is very difficult to separate them and they feel like the same thing.

From a biological point of view, a man's orgasm is vastly more important than a woman's orgasm. Without the male orgasm sperm would not make it to the egg. The female orgasm may help in a number of ways to propagate the species but those ways pale in comparison. The egg is also just as necessary, but it becomes available with or without an orgasm in most cases.

I want to share some thoughts on the concept of the "self-made" individual. From my perspective, the idea is a myth; we are all products of a billion-year process of natural selection. Furthermore, I believe we live in a deterministic universe that pre-determines our actions, meaning there is truly no such thing as a self-made person.

All members of the species Homo sapiens are approximately 99.9% genetically identical. This means any two people differ at about 3 to 4 million positions, since the human genome has roughly 3.2 billion base pairs. That 0.1% difference accounts for all the variability we see in our species—from appearance, disease risk, personality, and physical performance to much more. Small genetic differences can produce large phenotypic differences.

Many say the supply of gold is limited and that justifies its high price. Last week I received my Amyloid PET scan result of 44 CL. Alzheimer's starts at 80 to 100. I will be watching my score closely to see if lithium orotate has any impact on slowing or reversing it. I have two APOE4 genes. This technology was not available a few years ago. Amazing!

Is sex a want or a need? From the perspective of evolutionary biology and multi-level selection, while an individual can survive without sex, society as a whole cannot. This is why it functions as a compelling need. Multi-level selection theory, as explored by the late Harvard professor Edward O. Wilson and Professor David Sloan Wilson, suggests that society—rather than the individual—is often the operating unit of biology.

Consequently, natural selection has programmed the male brain to perceive sex as a vital need, similar to eating, rather than a casual want. If this were not the case, human societies likely would not exist. Why this may be more pronounced in the male brain is a separate area of study entirely.

The Epstein drama clearly shows the power of evolution to short-circuit reason in any man's brain in favor of propagating the species. If world leaders and renowned educators can fall victim, almost any man can. Men who deny this are delusional or hypocrites. No one should deny the power of evolution in shaping behavior. Life is more important than reputation.
