@discord Congrats on the basic tier list, but still no major update or plan of action to fix your customer base not receiving adequate help from customer support to get their tickets resolved and accounts appealed. A lot of us feel more scammed than having to buy a $14 ball park hot dog.

@discord_support Hey! I submitted an appeal for my account being disabled due to stuff it was used for when compromised, Clyde and Nelly have stated I can only appeal directly in the app and my account is disabled. Could I talk to someone about this instead of a bot please?

@discord_support Day 4 of this issue. The staff member Nelly has been the only one to briefly interact and has only used the same template that Clyde bot uses. Nelly then closes my tickets and tells me to use the app to submit my appeal. My account is disabled so it’s impossible.

Why do my appeals and tickets keep getting resolved and responded to by a bot instead of a staff member? My account was temporarily disabled and I can’t login to the app due to my account being hacked and remote accessed from a malware intrusion.

@discord_support My account is still in a temporary disabled status. The support team keeps closing tickets and marking them as resolved when it’s an ongoing issue. Can you please help, this is getting out of hand.

I've been really wanting to work on video game audio as of recently, so I re-designed ALL of the audio for this @PlayVALORANT short. I deleted the original audio and re-imagined it with my own sounds, music, and brought on voice actors. Wouldn't it be cool if @riotgames saw this?
