@runtraffic Therefore, data tracking from this dashboard is probably inaccurate and I would love to see the order-by-order breakdown on all of those orders, and where "direct" is coming from.
@runtraffic Then, we are seeing about 2000 orders are pretty much a two part experience that is platform -> direct, this applies to almost all platforms to a varying degree, that is also very uncommon.

First thing I see here is that there is no referral channel at all, which I assume that referral is somehow bucketed into direct or is getting no traffic (which is very strange).
