I do believe this grind will be the most ínstense and plan to go from 1:13:52 -> 1:11:5x hopefully before next summer 2025. I think it’s best that I throughly practice the entire run knowing my competition and the journey that lies ahead.

@TheZeepo I would say from someone who’s struggled to reach the top of the leaderboard in the past… Doing what you need to do IRL first is a priority. Success with carry over once the situation at home/work/relationships is fully dealt with. It can take years of effort but it’s worth it.
