@SuperTravelHelp I've been hearing that since Friday. I've heard nothing. I've reached out and no one has updated me at all. The hotel manager even requested to talk to your company to help clear things up. I am now out close to $700 because of this incident and no one cares.
@SuperTravelHelp I tried to be polite about it all. Asked for a credit instead of a full refund back to my bank, but I couldn't get anyone to care about the fact that this is life and death for me. I'm not wealthy so having to spend $700 on a two night stay at a cheap motel, isn't ok for me

I've not had an update in 2 days. I've been told that they were expediting it. I've had to sleep in my car in 12 degree weather. I've been begging for help.
@SuperTravelHelp I can not get in touch with anyone. Your company has stolen $500 from me. I booked a hotel, and they don't accept bookings from you. It's been 13 hours and I've gotten nothing and am going to die in the streets because it's 12 degrees outside. You're killing me.
@bbb_us, @SuperTravelHelp literally steals money from their customers. They refuse to refund money even when the hotel doesn't accept bookings from their site. They have stolen $500 and refuse to let me speak with anyone that can help me. Due to them, I'm homeless in winter.
