@KnutzAT @shakes2011 @whatsvtec @DonnaBarford This whole discussion is about safety. Passing on the right is also more dangerous than speeding. Impeding traffic causes people to pass on the right. Stopping the issue at the root by moving over, kills two birds one stone.

I don't believe you can't understand this by now.
