[Maryam Nawaz Sharif @MaryamNSharif]

In a recent rape case, it was revealed that the accused’s wealthy family allegedly offered 1.5–2 crore to the victim in exchange for withdrawing her allegations, despite her statement already having been recorded under Section 164. It was further alleged that the judge who granted bail to the accused had also been bribed. If these allegations are true, they raise deeply disturbing questions about the integrity of the justice system and the vulnerability of rape survivors to financial pressure and the misuse of power. I will continue to keep a close eye on such cases to ensure that no rapist or perpetrator escapes justice simply because he has money, influence, or connections. Justice must never be for sale, and no one should be above the law.

@KlasraRauf It was very tragic indeed, may his soul rest in peace IA

Tax loss harvesting, is a seasonal pattern in U.S. stock market to bring down the taxable capital gains.
However, the effect is much stronger in individual stocks that have suffered large losses than in the overall S&P 500.
Not a financial advice

@K4anSh3r @MohammadAbz Blown out of proportion punishment makes simple minded folks rally harder behind their political parties but society eventually ends up paying hefty for these precedents.

[Dr Humma Saif @HummaSaif]

@TheJafanRathore True that, eventually it’s the underprivileged who already are marginalized, end up being victims of these precedents.

[Dr Humma Saif @HummaSaif]

I agree with you, these precedents eventually end us hurting the poor and underprivileged segment. No matter how messed up our judicial system is, still law should be held supreme. Work on fixing our porous and broken judicial system instead of giving capital punishment on the spot

[Dr Humma Saif @HummaSaif]

@its_AhsanRB @M_Adi_Rai Then these kids in orphanage is even more horrendous

[Dr Humma Saif @HummaSaif]

[Dr Humma Saif @HummaSaif]

@chatifshehzad Bilkul

[Dr Humma Saif @HummaSaif]

We want you to do right by that poor orphan @MaryamNSharif l some serious steps to ensure safety of kids in orphanages. Make killers an example for every heartless monster who thinks can get away with anything just coz of few extra bucks in his bank.

[RAShahzaddk @RShahzaddk]

[Dr Humma Saif @HummaSaif]

[Dr Humma Saif @HummaSaif]

[Dr Humma Saif @HummaSaif]

I too want to get carried away, see them pay for their sins coz judicial process is excruciatingly long and many time end up in letting worst culprit off the hook but still law should be supreme, my emotions shouldn’t decide the fate of anyone

[Dr Humma Saif @HummaSaif]

Regulation and oversight of orphanages are a shared responsibility between provincial governments, federal state, and the judiciary, all responsible should bear the responsibility and be accountable to fullest extent of law, heads should roll.
