Karachi has once again been ranked among the world's least liveable cities in a global livability index, reflecting ongoing challenges related to infrastructure, healthcare, education, public services, and overall quality of life.
The ranking has sparked fresh discussions about the urgent need for sustainable urban planning, improved civic facilities, and effective governance.
Despite these challenges, Karachi remains Pakistan’s economic hub, known for its resilience, vibrant culture, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Many believe that with strategic investment, better city management, and long-term reforms, Karachi has the potential to significantly improve its livability and offer a better future for its residents.

I calculated what my child's university will cost in 15 years.
The number made me change everything.
School fees in Pakistan have risen approximately 10%+ annually for the last decade.
A university degree that costs Rs8 lac today will cost approximately Rs40-60 lac in 15 years at that rate.
Your savings account, paying 8–9%, cannot keep up.
Most parents save for their children's education in bank accounts, fixed deposits.
None of these are growing fast enough.
The only savings vehicle that has compounded your savings by 19% annually is PSX. It has done exactly that over last 25 years.
Your child's future is the most important investment portfolio you will ever manage.
Most parents treat it like a piggy bank.
Are you saving for your child's education, or investing for it? Please share in the comments.

Pakistan's federal government has accelerated its privatization agenda by placing the country's three biggest international airports—Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore—at the top of its revised five-year roadmap.
The plan aims to privatize these airports within the first year alongside several major state-owned enterprises as part of wider economic reforms.
The updated roadmap also includes power distribution companies, financial institutions, and other public entities in different phases, while the privatization of PIA and First Women Bank has been marked as completed. The initiative is intended to improve efficiency and reduce the government's financial burden. .
