It's honestly kind of ironic: society pretends anger isn't an emotion especially when men feel it.
If men actually recognized anger as an emotion, they probably wouldn't keep insisting that "emotions" are some exclusively feminine territory.

When a woman gets angry, the stereotype says she might yell, throw a little tantrum, maybe cry and then it's labeled "hysterical" or "overemotional."

When a man gets angry, the same culture often watches him pick up a weapon, storm into a crowd, and go full rampage… and somehow that's framed as "losing control" rather than being emotional.

Same fuel. Different exhaust pipes.
One gets pathologized as "too emotional."
The other gets quietly normalized as "just how men are."
Anger is emotion. Full stop.

The difference isn't the feeling, it's the script we've handed each gender for how to express it.

And yeah… one script is a lot more dangerous than the other.
