Thanks @IrishFoodGuide for featuring us! We are taking a little break from testing out new recipes at the moment, (jobs they ruin all the fun!) but we'll have more as soon as we're able.
Please Welcome to the Irish Food and Drink Twitter Network and Give a Follow to The Three Hungry Piggies @HungryThree who have a #foodblog where all the recipes and posts are in both English & Irish Gaeilge.

We are now experiencing a considerable surge in cases and hospitalisations. We can turn this around quickly if we stick to the measures we know worked last spring.
Just closing the boat for the night and feel so disheartened 11 people who had booked and confirmed didn’t show up these are people we followed up with we had the tables ready set etc we were waiting and just no shows. We close Mon and Tues and open today to this 😔 #supportlocal
When you buy mussels, you might have some leftover, a great use of them is to make a delicious mussel po’boy. This is a quick delicious sandwich, that use local mussel in a way that won’t be too scary for guests! #wildatlanticway#galway#ireland#irishfood#mussels#poboy
As part of our stay-cation in Ireland, we visited Misunderstood heron in Leenaun, Galway. Its about an hour from Galway city and it is a lovely scenic drive, with views full of fluffy sheep. While we were disappointed by the weather, we weren't disappointed by the food.
The lamb chops were juicy and succulent and the salad was refreshing and filling. while though we didn't get the weather for walking around, it was definitely worth it.
