On April 16 at approximately 6:00 PM, I was at the dog park at White Rock Lake in Dallas, Texas with my dog, Rupert. During routine interaction between dogs, there was a brief escalation between Rupert and another dog, described as an approximately 90-pound Doberman Pinscher. Before the situation could resolve, the other dog’s owner intervened by physically kicking my dog. I addressed the situation directly. As I was leaving and requested his name for reporting purposes, he refused to provide it and instead made verbal threats toward me. Multiple individuals witnessed this incident. A police report has been filed. I am seeking to identify this individual in order to provide complete and accurate information to authorities. This post is for identification purposes only.
