Hey @Coach_Leb you better have someone absolutely insane coming in to replace Bumphis after the job he’s done here.
That’s the position coach you decide to get rid of when you have others who don’t deserve to touch this program is certainly one of the moves of all time.
Thank you, @_CoachBump
“I’m pissed off and disappointed because our people showed up.”-Lebby looks visibly frustrated shaking his head when asked about the fan support this weekend
Jeff Lebby said he saw there were more tickets available for UGA than he would like.
He bought 500 tickets and several players bought them as well to give away to student organizations.
COLUMN: There was nothing perfect about it, but Mississippi State finally went and took an SEC football game.
As much blame came down on Lebby and Blake Shapen for the bad, they deserve credit for the good and Saturday ended with a whole lot of good. https://t.co/yXNc2Uu106
These players & coaches have real emotions. They are not just characters in a video game.
Take a deep breath, continue to support this program, continue to show up for this program, and continue to show your loyalty for this program.
Love the mindset, toughness, and leadership of @HailStateFB WR Brenen Thompson. A quote from Monday’s media session:
“There’s not another place or program where I’d want to spend my last college year.
“I’ve got nothing but respect for Coach Lebby — I think he knows that. I couldn’t be happier that he’s my head coach and my offensive coordinator. I’m happy to be with this team. We’re going through something that none of us quite understand yet.
“I spoke to the media a few months ago and said I was brought here for something bigger than football. I’m still trying to figure that out. I’m still trying to keep my head down, trust in God, trust in Leb, trust in my teammates, and play as hard as I can every single snap.
“To be able to do that for a guy I not only respect but love makes my job — and me — feel a lot better.”
Mississippi State fans, you’re all off the deep end about that call last night.
We’ve got the right coach. The arrow is pointed upward. Everybody come back and stop being miserable about it.
Mississippi State fans I have a statement: I have no issue with Lebby’s decision to throw at the end of the game. He wasn’t gonna settle for a 46 yarder and was trying to win.
The play was also there. The WB just threw it to the wrong guy.
