@ZeonFan79 @CactusFuturist the first spartan mechs were quickly scrapped for the very reason I gave. Thats why they were pretty much nothing more than prototypes within Halo lore for the UNSC.

The Mantis is a MECH that acts more like a giant MOBILE exoskeleton. Keyword MOBILE.
