The Army says it’s charged Spc. Wooster Rancy with murder and obstructing justice in her death on Thursday.
Roque’s body was found in a dumpster on base last week after she was reported missing.

HAPPENING TODAY: Funeral for Osage Beach Police Officer Phylicia Carson.
Carson died in a crash early Saturday morning during a high-speed chase.
I saw law enforcement vehicles from as far away as St. Charles County headed to Osage Beach on U.S. 54 this morning.

Osage Beach City Hall will close at noon so staff can attend services for Officer Carson, according to a notice on the front door.
A memorial in front of City Hall is covered in balloons and flowers. Several people drove by to look at it.
