Fort Leonard Wood set to give update in death of Sgt. Sarah Roque.

The Army says it’s charged Spc. Wooster Rancy with murder and obstructing justice in her death on Thursday.

Roque’s body was found in a dumpster on base last week after she was reported missing.

Carson died in a crash early Saturday morning during a high-speed chase.

I saw law enforcement vehicles from as far away as St. Charles County headed to Osage Beach on U.S. 54 this morning.

Osage Beach City Hall will close at noon so staff can attend services for Officer Carson, according to a notice on the front door.

A memorial in front of City Hall is covered in balloons and flowers. Several people drove by to look at it.

Thousands of CPS employees are in Mizzou Arena to celebrate the start of the new academic year.

First day of classes for 6th and 9th graders is next Monday. Full K-12 starts next Tuesday.

CPD is considering using Flock System cameras, which would provide real-time info on vehicle information, including license plate numbers and make/model.

Missouri licensing board closes complaint against Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft, according to a letter shared by his campaign.

An engineer who donated to Lt. Gov. Mike Kehoe's campaign filed the complaint, alleging Ashcroft committed fraud and dishonesty. 1/4

Missouri law prohibits people without engineering licenses from claiming they are engineers - and offering professional services.

Ashcroft is registered as an 'Engineer Intern,' with the state. Ashcroft said he worked as an engineer at West Plains defense firm...3/4

- English up 1.1%
- Math up 3.2%
- Science up 1.1%
- Government up 3.2% (government class only offered in high school).
