Many homes in cold climates experience ice dams & water leaks in winter. The cause is heat loss & inadequate attic ventilation .
Furthermore we see the roof design doesn’t allow enough insulation above the wall. I solve this with rigid foam under the ceiling, then new drywall.

In case you haven’t heard this before… this notch at the end of your sawzall blades causes MANY blades to hit nails and then bend the blade.

Please stop adding this notch feature in future demolition blades.

@Make_It_Right My middle school (Gr. 7&8) taught skilled trades to all students. Girls & boys took wood shop & home economics. We made things out of wood and painted them. We learned how to cook and sew. It’s the perfect age to learn what we can do with our hands.
