Healthcare support workers and healthcare assistants do an absolutely phenomenal job but rarely get the limelight they deserve.
Please give a RT for all of them.
THANKS TO THE NHS FAMILY-
Hospital staff is working day and night to treat #COVID19 ! Same time, our GPs colleagues and their primary care teams are doing heroic work out there, managing Covid & non-Covid diseases, including mental health.
🎩 off to all !
RT to pay your TRIBUTES !
Ps this is not a ‘gotcha’ moment where we take pleasure in catching Matt Hancock out for being incompetent.
We are genuinely frightened that he knows so little about how the NHS actually works at a time when vaccinations are so imperative.
We’ve run this account for four years yet we’ve never done a shout out to all the telephonists and switchboard staff!
They are often the first point of contact for people ringing in, and are essential to communication between staff and patients
Please spare a RT for all of them
This portrait is made with the pictures of all the doctors and nurses who passed away in this pandemic. Enlarge it and you will see. We will never forget them❤️ 💖
RT to pay your tribute !
Education Secretary says “The danger is that pupils will be over-promoted into jobs that are beyond their competence" yet he and his department reek of incompetence, along with the rest of this wank cabinet. The class war really is going strong.
It’s absolutely horrific that more than 620 NHS staff and social care worker deaths have been linked to coronavirus.
We can only hope that the people responsible for these tragedies are held accountable - please RT if you want them to be too.

You might not have heard of an NHS host/hostess.
But they’re the ones who keep patients hydrated, ensure they receive the meals they need, and often provide a lot of comfort to them throughout their stay.
We think they are all amazing - please RT if you do too.
There are 14 million people on Twitter from the UK.
That’s 14 million people with a reason to be grateful for the NHS this year.
If you’re one of them, please follow and RT and help support
NHS staff long after the pandemic is over.
Thank you 💙
We think it’s time to start paying our NHS staff properly.
Please RT if you agree and help raise awareness of the shocking differences below.

We’re back on Twitter after a little rest and hungrier than ever to reach our goal of a million followers🤞

Five seconds of your time would really mean a lot 🙏
The Conservatives broke up and fragmented the NHS with the 2012 Health and Social Care Act.
Acknowledging the thousands of lives this has cost, they now want to blame NHS bureaucrats and centralise control.
The NHS is not safe in their hands.
In 1948 Bevin nationalised health care and gave us one of the best health care system in world, our beloved NHS!
Now in 2020, post #Covid-19 nationalise the fragile care homes sector (over 22,000 deaths),give us a National Care Service. An integrated NHS & social care!

We couldn’t agree with this more.
We also want privatisation of the NHS to end, as healthcare should people about people not profit.
Please RT if you agree too.

The irony of having a national clap for the NHS less than 24 hours after scenes like this is not lost on us.
So as well as clapping today, please RT and remind your friends and family that this is nowhere near over and we still need your help.

A growing number of people seem to like (rudely) telling us how rubbish we are at running this account.
We post the wrong stuff, we focus on the wrong things, we’re being too political etc.
But we’re just full time NHS staff trying to do something good in our spare time...
