تاریخ کے کٹہرے میں ہم سب نے کھڑا ہونا ہے۔
2021 سے لے کر 2026 تک ہم مسلسل کہتے آئے کہ یہ خوش فہمی نہ پالیں کہ افغانستان میں آپ کی “دوست حکومت” آگئی ہے۔ دہشتگرد کبھی دوست نہیں ہوتا، دہشتگرد صرف دہشتگرد ہوتا ہے۔
ہم نے خبردار کیا تھا کہ نظریاتی وابستگیوں اور وقتی مفادات کی بنیاد پر بنائی گئی پالیسیاں آخرکار ریاست اور عوام دونوں کو نقصان پہنچائیں گی۔ آج وہی عناصر، جنہیں کل تزویراتی گہرائی یا دوستی کا نام دیا جارہا تھا، نہ جانے کس کس عنوان سے آپریشنوں کی زد میں ہیں۔
سوال یہ ہے کہ کیا ہم نے تاریخ سے کچھ سیکھا؟
جب تک ریاستی پالیسی کی بنیاد یہ نہیں ہوگی کہ دہشتگرد ��ا نہ کوئی دوست ہوتا ہے، نہ کوئی مذہب، نہ کوئی قوم تب تک ہم یہی غلطیاں دہراتے رہیں گے۔ تب تک ہمارے اپنے لوگ بے گھر ہوں گے، ہمارے بازار ویران ہوں گے اور ہمارے نوجوان قبروں اور کیمپوں کے درمیان زندگی گزارنے پر مجبور رہیں گے۔
��یاست کی ذمہ داری وقتی بیانیہ بنانا نہیں، مستقل اصول اپنانا ہے۔ اور اصول صرف ایک ہونا چاہیے:
دہشتگردی کے خلاف بلاامتیاز، غیرمشروط اور دوٹوک موقف۔
ورنہ تاریخ صرف یاد نہیں رکھتی، فیصلہ بھی سناتی ہے۔
