Liev Schreiber: "Lot of people think that I'm involved in Ukraine because I have Ukrainian grandparents, but I'm involved in Ukraine because I'm American, and I think that the cause of democracy is probably clearer here than anywhere else in the world right now, at least to me."
Former president Obama has suggested in a recent video Poland and Hungary are struggling with attacks on democracy due to their crackdowns on immigration and not accepting EU migration quotas.

BREAKING:
15 Ukrainians civilians have been killed and 100+ have been wounded in a Russian double-tap strike with drones against a shopping mall in Kryvyi Rih.
I condemn this reckless and unacceptable attack in the strongest terms. Iran’s continued and irresponsible aggression, now targeting the property of senior Kurdish Regional Government officials, represents a dangerous escalation and a direct threat to the region’s stability. As the Co-Chair of the Kurdish-American Caucus, I stand firmly with our Kurdish partners and will continue to champion their security, sovereignty, and democratic aspirations.

“Missile defense is essential. America used to provide that. Hopefully, we can get that program going again.”
Our ambassador @LievSchreiber came to Kyiv, witnessing the aftermath of a russian attack: destroyed buildings and innocent victims.
His conclusion speaks volumes.
With great power @SabalenkaA comes great responsibility.
Recently, I saw a @TIME magazine cover featuring a Belarusian woman. But is she really Belarusian?
I’ve often wondered how to get in touch with Aryna Sabalenka to send her a message, but since I couldn't, I’m making it public.
Why can't I accept Aryna Sabalenka? Tennis and global sports are always about luxury and stardom; the whole world knows these athletes. Sabalenka is undoubtedly one of Belarus's most prominent athletes, reaching the pinnacle of tennis alongside legends like Natasha Zvereva and Max Mirnyi. Yet I, along with many Belarusians, cannot accept her—you only need to look at the massive ratio of dislikes on articles about her on @zerkalo_io.
I think it's crucial to explain why: she refuses to acknowledge the horror happening in our country and fails to condemn the aggression against our neighbor. As a world-class athlete, she has the standing to address Lukashenko directly and say: "Release all the female political prisoners currently behind bars."
Aryna, nothing bad will happen to you if you do this. You have the power to make this move. Do it, and the Belarusian people will truly appreciate you.
🇺🇦 Human safari continues in Kherson
A Russian drone struck a minibus in Kherson’s Korabelny district, killing four elderly people and injuring five more.
Kherson has become a hunting ground where Russian FPV drones systematically chase cars, buses, cyclists, and pedestrians.
This is now called “human safari.”
Today’s victims were ordinary minibus passengers.
Russians struck a minibus in Kherson with an FPV drone, killing 4 people and injuring 5 others.
Their "human safari" in Kherson and across the frontline has reached unprecedented levels. They hunt and kill civilians 24/7.
The Kurdistan Diaspora Confederation condemned the predawn Iranian drone strikes on KRG government sites in Pirmam on Monday, calling them "terrifying" and a clear violation of international law, demanding the international community take serious and practical action to prevent their recurrence and holding the perpetrators fully responsible for all legal and political consequences.

Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani: "We strongly condemn the attacks that targeted the office of Masrour Barzani, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, and the residence of the Head of the Security and Intelligence Agency. These attacks are unacceptable and constitute a dangerous escalation."
We strongly condemn the attack on our friend and valued Kurdish partner, Kurdistan Region Prime Minister @masrourbarzani, and his office in Erbil. Such aggression against our trusted Kurdish allies is unacceptable and a direct threat to regional stability. We will not condone or tolerate these hostilities. We fully support Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi’s leadership in restoring Iraq’s full sovereignty and ensuring all weapons and security forces remain under the authority of the Iraqi state.
