The news of the day is Katelin, a 6'1 middle hitter from Kansas, called and gave us a verbal commitment for 2012. She hammers a back slide!

IU East is a beast. They served aggressively and hammer the ball. We played well in spurts, but not ready to beat the 26th team in NAIA.

Saturday, we beat a determined Midway from KY . In the last year, we have not played in many pressure situations. Won the 1st set 29-27.

Our win vrs. Purdue North Central allows us to have won more than a year ago. I am more excited about our effort vrs. Davenport in a loss.

Played pretty well at Spring Arbor. Good AM practice today. We need to to score on our serve. Too many easy serves result in easy offense.
