The @LemkinInstitute is distressed by the recent developments in Azerbaijan’s 8-month-long blockade of Artsakh. The blockade, which is genocidal in its intent, has begun to cause the direct death of #Armenian citizens of Artsakh through starvation. We want to once again make clear that it is urgent that international leaders take immediate action against #Azerbaijan to prevent further deaths in Artsakh.
