The Difference Between Waiting and Trusting Allah. 💯
I found this post somewhere and it's worth sharing.
Waiting is being anxious about the future.❌
Trusting Allah is finding peace knowing Allah is the Best Planner.✅
Waiting is seeing the delay as a punishment.❌
Trusting Allah is seeing the delay as a test, purification, or preparation from Allah.✅
Waiting is giving up on making dua (prayer) because it feels pointless.❌
Trusting Allah is continuing to make dua (prayer) with confidence that Allah loves those who call upon Him.✅
Waiting is letting the heart become filled with doubt.❌
Trusting Allah is letting the heart become filled with hope, gratitude, and reliance on Allah.✅
Waiting is focusing on time
Why is Allah not answering my duaa yet?❌
Trusting Allah is focusing on Allah
I rely on Allah no matter when it happens.✅
Waiting is asking, When will it happen?❌
Trusting Allah is believing
It will happen if and when Allah knows it's best for me.✅
Waiting is depending on the outcome to feel content.❌
Trusting Allah is finding contentment in Allah whether the answer comes now, later or in a different way.✅
Waiting is believing every closed door is a sign of failure.❌
Trusting Allah is believing every closed door is Allah guiding you to something better.✅
JazakAllah
