@AmazonHelp Last :- I checked the issue at the PNQA centre.
The third-party misplaced all my orders and spoke very rudely. Account team also didn’t help.

Taj Transport
Supervisor: Sufiyan Sheikh
Delivery Boy: Asif Yalgi

I’m seriously thinking of closing my Amazon account after this.

@amazonIN @amazon
What’s going on with your delivery service? Order #406-2769156-1650740 was due on 8 Oct, now marked “Carrier unable to contact recipient” — no one called me! I’ve rescheduled twice, still rejected.

[Azad Mulani @Hyperkong21]

@AmazonHelp Connected with Account team, again same reply from them, no proper solution no action against PNQA Katraj

[Azad Mulani @Hyperkong21]

@AmazonHelp There are already multiple mail trails and chats going on still all orders are getting undelivered. They are also not helping me. I am escalating this issue from last 5 months. No one is helping Amazon customers

[Azad Mulani @Hyperkong21]

@AmazonHelp 2 More orders undelivered,

Just check reviews of this warehouse all people facing same issues. @AmazonHelp are you even listening you are not helping your customers.

[Azad Mulani @Hyperkong21]

@AmazonHelp Thanks waiting for your reply

[Azad Mulani @Hyperkong21]

@AmazonHelp 4 more orders got rejected by the delivery agents.
- In the last 4-5 months, 8+ orders have got rejected. I have chatted with customer support more than 50 times.
- Do I need to reorder them all again? Will they deliver if I reorder? No one is helping me

[Azad Mulani @Hyperkong21]

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @amazon Are you going to take action against delivery team? and how they changed status to rejected by recipient? they not even called me.

also i want my order asap.
