"Violation of Turo’s Terms of Service" I just want to know how I violated the TOS? Following the rules? I did everything properly as a customer and got the boot in the long run. 1 incident in 7 years and I got terminated. I need an explanation @turo@TuroSupport@TuroOpenRoad
"Risk flags triggered by Turo’s internal system" is another way of saying that maybe because of the fender bender you are a risk? I made sure and did the proper procedure to handle the situation to its best ability but it probably wasn't enough for you all @turo@TuroSupport
I def do not have any "One or more motor vehicle record violations". And honestly even if I did, thats my license, the state nor the DMV hasn't restricted me. I am paying for a service with a valid license and credit card. That is unjust. @turo@TuroSupport@TuroOpenRoad

Im a honest working class citizen just like all working class citizens. I have done nothing wrong, I have not violated any of the terms, I just want to know what it is that I did wrong in y'all eyes that I had to be restricted/terminated from using the service @turo@TuroSupport
On top of that I have called in numerous of times to try to resolve the matter and the people in the customer service dept, some nice and some a$$e$, told me they cannot disclose why it is I am being terminated from renting @turo@TuroSupport@TuroOpenRoad
I got into a fender bender last October which the police report stated that the other driver was in the wrong. The issue was resolved and I was told there was no issues (In writing via email) and 2-3 months later I am being told via email that Im restricted @turo@TuroSupport
Turo you all have to do a better job screening these people that you have renting on your platform. Imagine waiting for a rental since 11am to have it cancel last min and now stranded in the airport @turo
