@Antz2xplicitt @ceceswoods lmao leftists who famously both talk like and also respond to language like "TOUGHEST BADASSES IN THE CITY" and also love cops. totally paid leftist protestors and not either bait or ICE recruiting for paramilitary gangs

you do not get to go viral and instead of accruing a sea of followers you have a bunch of weirdos hanging around in a parking lot and that's actually good. you find a group of people that help keep the Nazis out but at least you can do something about it.
@Tayruu@eevee default on desktop has been vector for some time and now vector-2022, and desktop is Minerva neue which address some, but not all of these layout probs
I have only used nginx for like a week and I used apache2 extremely passively for years so I am not having a take just expressing appreciation for something that sort of makes sense to me
when database ppl tell me i don't know shit because i don't formalize everything in verifiable database schemas i just do one of those audible cartoon yawns and remember that the technology they base their identity on was from this generation of the web
@ireneista this is to me a killer p2p application. not necessarily in the sense that I think car-based ride share apps should exist, but ppl being able to set their own prices that account for maintenance and a living wage would put pressure towards public transit while breaking Uber.
I'm just like what the heck is an Uber driver supposed to do with a trip like this... I'm sure this person did not give them a 150% tip to pay for how there definitely was not a person looking to go the other way?
@REMARKSIST going to come out in favor of scholarly writing not being so dreadfully boring and stilted and encourage you to say "totally full of shit" and "clearly straight-up lying"
@esm@caraesten I remember one of my rips getting nuked because someone did a pixel by pixel comparison between source and transcode and zoomed in on all my compression artifacts. absolutely mortifying.
@esm@caraesten there's like "has a 720p rip and a 1080p rip of a movie from rar|bg" and then there's "has 420, 720, 1080, 4k rips from every time the movie has been re-released and remastered, across every format, complete with full ripping logs and transparent source/transcode screenshots"
