If you’re unwilling to give the scripture from which you get your beliefs, then I don’t see how you have any God given authority to say what you are saying, and no one is under any obligation to believe it.

@ThePastorBurris I’m no scholar, but I can read scripture and listen to what people say. Sproul said, “God… wills everything that comes to pass…”, that God “ordained the fall”, and God “does everything for his own glory.” All that sounds pious, but not one scripture verses says those things.

@ThePastorBurris If the post had 100s of hours of Sproul’s teaching & preaching, you could expect a reply with 100s of hours of comment. Since it didn’t, it’s an unrealistic to expect hours of response. If you want a specific response, all you have to do is ask. I don’t think you do.
