She presented: “A Multimodal AI-Based Clinical Decision Support System for Predicting Immunotherapy Efficacy in Metastatic NSCLC.” A great milestone for the I3LUNG project! 💡

Vanja explains how the I3LUNG consortium uses digital pathology slides from 6 cancer centers to predict PD-L1, a key immunotherapy biomarker. Their ensemble AI model gives top accuracy and will be validated on a larger dataset.

On day 3 of #WCLC2025, Vanja Mišković from @Polimi presented: “An ensemble approach to predict three-class PD-L1 expression from H&E whole-slide images”.

Today, our PI, @PrelajArsela, defended our poster “Exploring the potential of multimodal cough analysis as a pre-screening tool for non-small cell lung cancer detection” during the Screening and Early Detection session.
