I complained, they replied after 4 days saying it’s “not included”.
Then they quietly changed the product photo & description online.

Many influencers were paid by @PetroleumMin and OMCs to make videos in support of Ethanol.

Basic questions

✅ Why authorities aren’t worried about 40 million cars manufactured/sold before March 2023

✅ If e20 isn’t a big deal why brands have warranty void condition on their manual for e10 compliant cars & why fuel pump brands are putting disclaimers that they wouldn’t be responsible for parts damage (if any)

✅ Will retro kits be provided by all car brands, if yes then when? Maruti’s kit is Rs 6000, will customer pay for this 40 million old cars?

✅ When will you increase ethanol percentage again? Is there any roadmap for next 10 years. Will brands provide warranty during this ever increasing cycle?

✅ Why can’t you provide e0 at all pumps on a separate dispenser with Rs 15-20 extra cost. India exports e0 fuel.
