HDFC Bank's customer service has reached a new low. My credit card complaint (Ref: 25165286102, 75583922) was falsely closed without resolution, despite clear evidence of fraudulent mis-selling by their agent, Mr. Aviraj Thakur.
This is outrageous. When did customer issues become a "bother" for a bank's staff? What kind of mindset is this, @HDFC_Bank ? My problem isn't solved, and I will not be silenced. I demand a proper resolution, not false closures and veiled threats. @HDFCBank_Cares
