1/ Picture this you have to beat @MagnusCarlsen in bullet #chess. Here's some data to help you!
I crunched his recent bullet games and built a one‑page scouting report you can copy for any opponent on https://t.co/RwHezHmA7q.
@StrategyMaxi@saylor@phongle I’m not talking about $BTC market but the digital credit market. He benefits from the successs of other creditors in his space. The more institutions that copy the better for $STRC since it’s backed by the largest $BTC stack.
Preferred owner have no voting rights. They can lower as they need or increase as they need. $SATA and $STRC don’t owe you any capital back but the dividend. Now obviously they want to keep demand so they can buy more bitcoin:native but is there was any trouble the common stock is fine.
So after the earnings call it seems to me @saylor wants to start using the stack to pay dividends. What are the odds he starts using covered calls/options to do this? Doesn’t have to sell the stack, unless it’s called and if it is called, he can pay debt or buy the common.
