We called CS to confirm visa rules for a transit/layover and were told NOTHING was required. Then, we were denied boarding at the gate!
No help, no refund, and zero transparency. They lied, stranded us, and kept our money. #BadService

@johnreader @British_Airways We did. Their FAQ explicitly says no transit visa is required with a Schengen visa. The issue is the gate staff enforced "specifics" that aren't in their own documentation OR mentioned by CS. It’s not "rocket science" to expect an airline to follow its own published rules.
