@SussexRoadsPol Hi Sussex Roads Pol. Really concerned about speeding right now. Many drivers going 60+ in the 40 zone along Ditchling Road in/out of Brighton. Racing though side streets. Many children around - deadly.

@BrightonHoveCC How about unblocking all the road drains that have been blocked for months (years?) right across the city. That wouldn’t be a bad start!!!

@BrightonHoveCC First walk across Preston Park since the Pride concerts. Great job clearing up litter, but there’s a carpet of cigarette butts. How long until they decompose? I don’t suppose there’s any way they can be removed?

@RecyclingRefuse @BrightonHoveCC That's great. Anything you can do about this mess in Morley Street? It's pretty-much always like this. Nothing says 'Welcome to Brighton' more than overflowing bins/fly-tip on your car journey into town!

@RecyclingRefuse Can you please tell me why the area around the bins in Rose Hill Close (adjoining the Ditchling Road) always resembles a mini rubbish tip? Just one of many places in the city - away from tourist areas - that’s depressingly rubbish-strewn.

@RecyclingRefuse ever looked to see what they do in other major European tourist destinations? Think you'll find they clean more than once a month (e.g. Barcelona does busy streets nightly). Look n learn

Yes, it was a sunny and warm weekend, but Brighton beach shouldn’t be awash with plastic bottles, etc and no clean-up happening#RecyclingRefuse
