After four months and 600 hours of training, these graduates are ready for meaningful careers supporting the production and maintenance of ships and submarines.

A real, decommissioned submarine sail was recently installed on the IALR campus.
This sail hails from the ex-Buffalo (SSN 715), a decommissioned United States Navy Los Angeles Class nuclear-powered attack submarine.

New research from IALR published in @IJMS_MDPI shows that a naturally occurring bacterial endophyte boosted lettuce growth and reshaped gene expression and root microbiomes in a hydroponic system.
