Quantity Surveyor 📍 Location: Ikoyi 🏢 Industry: Landscaping / Construction 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a detailed-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee project costs, optimize value, and contribute to the successful execution of construction projects. The successful candidate will handle cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and contract management. Key Responsibilities ✅Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans. ✅Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents ✅Analyze and evaluate supplier and contractor quotations. ✅Monitor ongoing project costs and track variations Support procurement activities and vendor negotiations. ✅Administer contracts and ensure compliance with terms. ✅Prepare interim valuations and final accounts ✅Conduct site visits to assess project progress and cost alignment.
