Dear Minister,
Do you have a "message"? Or you're "merely" reciting bible facts?
By all means, find what God wants to tell His people and tell them just that.
It's not about saying new things but about telling His people what He wants to tell them.
Be a messenger, not a talker!
Dear Young Preacher,
Pray for their sight. If they can see, they can see what you're trying to show them & when they finally get it, they'll remark "Oh I SEE. I get it now"

Dear Young Minister,
Jesus is the greatest publicity hack. Nevertheless don't use Him as a tool to get famous. Always project Christ!

The key to influence is the person you're becoming, not the people you're chasing. Instead of publicity, focus on personal growth and the world will gather to watch you burn!

This was never to downplay the ministry of those who waited on tables as an "inferior" ministry to the Peters in pulpit. No!
Not only preaching, whatever God has asked you to do in & for His kingdom is ministry & it's not inferior. Do it with all your heart.

Dear Young Minister,
What you're looking for is also looking for you. Calm down and get it right first. The flyers will come but walk with God first; the invitations will come but accept the invitations of God to fellowship first.

Dear Young Minister,
You can have a crowd in an audience of one, just the same way there are unlimited number of trees in a single seed. Defeat crowd consciousness. Sometimes 300 is a larger number than 32,000; ask Gideon!
Don't let the theme they gave you bully you. Focus more on what God wants you to say. Sometimes God may give you a different word for them. If that happens, connect both. People will be edified by that word from God while touching on the theme will appease those who invited you
Dear Young Minister,
It is not unexpected.
"Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, AS THOUGH SOME STRANGE THING happened unto you (1 Peter 4:12 KJV)"
