@RBI@RBIsays I want to understand if a transaction is tagged as suspicious, isn't it then payment aggregators point to refund or return the said transaction back to the source account, or can it hold the payment for more than 40 days, delaying the whole process?
How is it acceptable for them to hold the payment? They should either refund it or process the same. The transaction was made during Diwali Sales, and until today, I haven't received the payment.
IMO, never use this PA. Instead, try Razorpay
