@myNSFAS the University claims that you are not showing any willingness to pay the outstanding balance from your side. All that am asking for is to get back my certificates, I cannot continue with missing employment opportunities like it happening now, I need way forward.

After they have brought the story of 9k, I then asked them to give me the forms so I can start making arrangements on my side to pay that amount, as the balance was due from @myNSFAS. I have been missing a lot of employment opportunities due to this issue. Can someone help please
