@AskCiti Are you guys offering a deferment or not? The other companies are being proactive and uncomplicated: your reps are giving ppl the runaround and saying “there’s no program”/“we’re monitoring” bs lines. This moment is REAL!!!

@AskCiti Not true. “Collection Forbearance” is not the same as “payment deferment”, and the representatives are way more focused on their collection bonuses than helping people who are literally unable to leave their homes for the next five weeks. The approach is inconsiderate.
