@azedudume@jammysuns Except that Xavier has done things like that in previous Fox movies and people didn't complain.
There's always a debate to be had, and Jean is not a perfect character. She is heavily flawed. But to say she's irredeemable is ridiculous and plainly in bad faith
@azedudume@jammysuns I fail to see how this has anything to do with what I said.
If anything, it proves my point. This is Jean's first outing in the MCU. In future appearances, things will change
@JVoorhees415@jammysuns Jean may not have been imprisoned, but saying she faced no consequences is flat-out false.
She has no one, she's on the run from the US government, and less than thirty minutes prior she was being tortured!
@jeangreyys I had a guy reply to me saying that jean and loki getting redemption arcs was comparable to Hitler getting a redemption arc. Like what the hell
@BasicSenseUSA@LvVStudiosYT 1. She doesn't have spider-man bro what are you on about
2. Its not a big if? Was the department of damage control disbanded?
3. She isnt off scot-free shes on the lam bro what
@_DanSpider_@RogueCreed@jammysuns So in the movie where Loki learns that he is a frost giant, that his family has been lying to him his entire life, and where we literally see him emotionally wrecked by this knowledge...
He's not meant to be sympathetic?
