@qatarairways absolutely no information. We are held up inside without any info. Looks like the flight isn't taking off anytime soon. Can we atleast deboard the flight till the issue is fixed ? All cabin crew are tired of all questions people are asking. #Mismanagement
I sleep off as it's really late. I wake up at 6:00 am the flight has still not taken off. The only announcement the captain males is there is minor technical issue. Rule no. 1 be honest with your passengers. Part 2/3 #MisManagement

@qatarairways we are on Flight QR573. The boarding was supposed to start at 3:00 am. We were told there was some technical issues and they delayed the boarding. Fine! Then we were boarded by 3:40 am. That's ok. Part 1/2 #Mismanagement
@SwiggyCares Hi. Refunding my money in this case is not the resolution. I have conveyed some suggestions to the person who called. I want to see ownership n improvement in process. So no one faces this issue n have to go through what I did.
