@JioCare My question is can Top Up Recharge of Rs. 1000 with Rs 840 worth "talktime" can be used to make calls to local India numbers or not?

If not, why your recharge platform MyJio doesn't provide this information clearly to consumers.
It says Talktime which clearly suggests otherwise.

I just called up customer care and the support staff informed me that if I do a recharge of Rs. 1000 giving me talktime of worth Rs. 840 approx. would only allow me to send SMS locally within India worth Rs. 840 and no calls.
How much is this true ??

How come it is taking you guys more than 10 days to transit a 250gm parcel within the heart of a city like Kolkata, that too just 10-11 kms distance.
This is highly inefficient and incompetent!

@blinkitcares So you're suggesting in the DM that I should have opened all the 24 packets, roughly 12 Liters of Milk within 24 hours to check all the package contents are intact and not rotten for my 1.5 years old kid's consumption !!

@blinkitcares What the heck is this. I ordered 24 packets of Amul Moti Milk on 10th July with shelf life of 90 days are all curdled up. 5 packs opened so far out of 24 ordered has come out rotten. This is playing with the health of customers.

@letsblinkit @blinkitcares Why there is no customer care for a platform which where edible items are being handled and sold especially when the product also includes sensitive items such as baby foods. This is really dangerous pattern.
