@SouthernRailUK This is on the home/landing page of the app. A search for a specific journey in 'Plan & Buy' just results in a 'No results for this journey' message.
@Sonos, why can I no longer access my music library? It seems like you've removed support for NAS drives. What a way to treat loyal customers who've invested ยฃ1,000s in your hardware. I'm hardly going to move my 35,000 tracks to the Cloud am I? Numpties.
@SouthernRailUK Thanks Emily. I had looked at this option but saw that responses can take up to 20 days. The 28-day period to make a claim for the January strike dates is very nearly up, so not ideal!
@SouthernRailUK How am I supposed to claim Delay Repay compensation for a strike day? Some days I didn't travel, as per your advice, and on other days I had to walk to another station to get a train that ran later than my usual one. There aren't options for these scenarios!
@SouthernRailUK please can you explain how a broken rail at Preston Park means you have to cancel pretty much every train between Hove and Brighton (which don't have to go via Preston Park, as I'm finding your flaky service a bit tiresome?
@TLRailUK Thanks for your apology Hannah. To be honest I was more looking for an explanation as to why someone took the decision not to include them in the design of this relatively new multi-million pound state of the art rolling stock. I'm sure it wasn't a accidental oversight!
So @TLRailUK why don't your trains have tray tables? Given how long we all have to spend on them, even more so when they're running late, it would be nice to have somewhere to put a cup of coffee or a bottle of water or a phone/tablet.
@BHCC_Transport Why when you ask for proof of address in order to buy parking permits do you give the option to submit a Council Tax bill or a letter from the council? You *are* the council and you would have sent those in the first place! ๐คฆ
It never ceases to amaze me just how poorly implemented the @BrightonHoveCC 'My Account' website is. It's worse than the https://t.co/u7TDuPxrm7 website and that's saying something!!!
@SouthernRailUK London Bridge to Hove. The last train that night was 00:08 which was cancelled. I had to walk to BFR to get a Thameslink train that then went through LBG without stopping. Pretty annoying.
@SouthernRailUK please remind me again why I pay you ยฃ6k a year for you to cancel my last train home? Don't blame COVID as you've been doing this for years. Laughing in the faces of your customers. If you have to cancel a train, don't make it the last one! Common sense?
