BEFORE GOD LIFTS YOU, HE BUILDS YOU

There are things that fame, wealth, influence, titles, and success can do to a person if they have not first been built by God. That is why God insists on working on you before bringing you into visibility. He wants to build your character so that when influence comes, it does not distract or destroy you.

The day you become celebrated, entrusted with great resources, or honoured by many is the day your training will be tested. God desires to raise men and women who can stand in the midst of influence, wealth, and applause without losing their devotion to Him.

If your prayer life is sustained only by your needs, what happens when those needs are met? If your pursuit of God is driven only by the desire for open doors, what happens when every door opens?

God is raising believers whose language is no longer, "Lord, give me," but "Your Kingdom. Your glory. Your will." Men and women whose hearts remain steadfast regardless of what He entrusts to them.

Many believers believe they are ready to steward God's programme, yet history has shown that money, influence, promotion, and open doors have changed many people. This is why God's process cannot be bypassed.

Allow Him to train you. Allow Him to prune you. The depth of your preparation will determine the weight of the assignment you can faithfully carry.

THE SECRET PLACE BEFORE THE SPOTLIGHT

Do not despise the pruning of God. He does not discipline as the world does, nor has He forgotten you. Every season of pruning has a purpose.

Sometimes, the doors you desire remain closed because the door of destiny is waiting for a different version of you. God is building you into the person who can sustain the assignment He has prepared for you. Do not run from the pruning of God.

Mighty men are not made in conferences. They are made in the secret place. They are forged in their caves of Adullam, where God trains, prunes, and cultures them to carry spiritual weight.

The next move of God is not looking for celebrity Christians or people merely known by men. It is looking for men and women of stature, vessels God can trust with territories, nations, and His purposes. Allow Him to complete His work in you.

DON'T BECOME AN INTERRUPTION TO GOD'S PROGRAMME

God's enemy is not necessarily who you hate or what you hate. God's enemy is anyone or anything that becomes a perpetual interruption to the birthing of His prophetic agenda.

When we speak about God's judgment, we are not referring only to witches and wizards. We are also speaking about judgment upon rebellion against God's will. Jonah was not a fake prophet, yet the moment he went against God's instruction, he became an interruption to God's programme and almost lost his life.

Many believers need to shift their prayer this season. Rather than praying only, "Lord, give me," our cry should be: "Lord, give me grace. Give me strength. Give me stamina."

Some of you are in a season where it feels as though God is stripping away your former self. There is a version of you that God is looking for, and He is calling that version forth urgently.

62 years ago today, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was signed into law.

It was not a gift. It was won through courage, sacrifice, organizing, marching, and the refusal to accept legalized discrimination.

But civil rights laws do not protect us by merely existing. They must be enforced, defended, and strengthened.

Today, those protections are being threatened by efforts to weaken enforcement, dismantle equity work, restrict voting power, and distort history. We cannot honor the Civil Rights Act while being passive about efforts to undermine it.

We must stay informed. We must vote. We must pay attention to courts, legislatures, school boards, executive orders, and policies that shape people’s lives.

Freedom is not self-sustaining. Justice must be guarded by every generation.
