@myvoltas Whatttt it took 3 days for you to check normal complaint , ok leave about resolving it, can't you team at least contact me for it.
The prime reason for getting AC is the seasonal need of getting away from this heat if you aren't able to give to ur CX than what's the need.
@myvoltas Where is your grievances team? 7 days from complaint and 3 days escalating here, no action or no one reached out, is this the way the complainants are treated??

Look at the canned replies that your teams are providing from the last 7 months (Oct'25) prior to it, many telephonic conv's don't yield to any solutions. Especially your grievance teams ..ohfff next level of arrogance.. to only std canned replies always..
@myvoltas You don't feel a bit of what i'm feeling right now. Because if you really feel you would have taken action that can be seen and some developments, rather than these canned replies.
@myvoltas No one contacted me yet, neither called me or msgd me, or did not give any sort of communication. Is this the way you treat your customers? That too who had been waiting for a resolution for 5 days now.
@JioCare An absolute shameless org, for not bothering about customers or their concerns, it's been 8 months, my 1200 refund is not done, and always provide either false commitments or no responses.. there is no body here to solve,, at last their nodal officer too..
