The biggest mistake I see people make when trying to get a Web3 job:

The market doesn't just want proof that you know.
It wants proof that you can do.
Build receipts.
Your GitHub, research, threads, dashboards, campaigns, contributions, case studies.
Knowledge gets you interested.
Receipts get you considered.
@big_sensei Exactly this. In Web3, nobody really cares how many tutorials you’ve watched if you can’t show what you’ve actually done.
I’ve learned this myself community growth, raids, campaigns, moderation, X engagement… the results and receipts speak louder than certificates ever will.
