After confirming the price and availability over the phone with Sam at @ https://t.co/IRMT4FaDJP, I decided to drive an hour and a half through traffic to close the deal.

The agreed-upon price was $47,600. They sent me back to the finance department to finalize everything and write the check. In the middle of the process, Jose was adding our names into the system for registration.

Then Sam came back and said there had been a mistake. According to him, this car was “special” and had a special price. 🤔

So after driving 90 minutes, agreeing on a price, and getting all the way to the paperwork stage, the deal suddenly changed.

Has anyone else experienced something like this before?
