@MaddenNFLDirect I have a pending pack which is why I can purchase any other packs. The fact that I have not been able to get the issue resolved and no one has responded is crazy. And I spent my money on this game and packs for me not to receive them

@MaddenNFLDirect Hey EA I have tried to get in contact with someone countless times and it is extremely difficult to talk to a human. You all haven’t responded to my email either. I bought a pack and For MUT 24 and didn’t receive the pack. Now it is telling me I can buy any other packs.
