A major campaign was run before counting began which cast all kinds of aspersions on EVMs. Since the verdict came out, EVMs suddenly seemed to have turned kosher. A lot to mull over for all those netas and others who were convinced that EVMs have been fixed by the central government. There’s a lesson here: Work hard on the ground to woo voters and if you are able to form a connect with the voter, the EVM will work just fine. Hope this is the last time we hear these bogus theories about EVMs being fixed.
