It’s incredibly frustrating that in Canada, when you take personal responsibility for improving your metabolic health by carefully reading the actual studies on the standard medications prescribed after a heart attack, you often discover legitimate questions about whether those drugs truly help or may even cause harm.
And whatever you do, don’t try sharing any of those insights or suggestions with your cardiologist or family doctor🙄
I am literally treating myself ffs
@Marion436842126 Both rescues as well. Milo on the left got to live out his remaining years safe and loved before his body gave out (my bestest friend ever💔) Molly is the new rescue. They are the best!
@Tablesalt13 It's so good they got rid of provincial forestry management like when I was 16 and employed for the summers cleaning up deadfall and ground brush🥴
@EvanLSolomon Not being accepting of a barbaric religion is not a phobia...it's called living in the current century with a way of life that does not merge with these people. It just doesn't no matter how much you want to ignore it.
@RBYW42@truckdriverpleb No sugar, no processed, low carb. You'll become satiated with less food. 60 lbs for me. Or, you could take Ozempic like pleb did 😒
